I didnt know they had those in the Houston area. Wow that sucks. Come to my hometown, in Matagorda county. They dont give a damn, period. Cops bust for underage drinking normally, here they sit down and have a beer with you!

Yupp, growing up, the only think you could get into trouble for was for like drugs and stuff. But it isnt uncommon to see 13 yr old kids walking around with a spit cup and a cold beer.

Plain and simple. Emissions is gay. Look at China, Korea, Russia..What are they doing to save us. IMO trying to make my diesel sound like a Ford Focus is letting the Communist win! =/ lol

This is the only one i have seen in Houston ,and yes it take a picture of your plates and sniffs the box van sits on the side of the ramp and has cables stretched across the road with cameras and sniffers on both side .I will try and take a picture so you guys can see.from what i understand they send you a letter and give and ask you to make repairs and then send someone out to follow up . the gov will even give you a thousand dollars to help you be comply. you know what i will have to do when i receive the letter yep put my crap back on ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,suckssss
