I am sure the made some with manuals, the problem I found when looking at new trucks last spring was that all the dealers around here only ordered autos. Then to make them look even more stupid the salesmen would tell me that Dodge does not build the diesels with manuals anymore. After I made them admit they were wrong I walked out and never went back.

I anyone ever wants a new vehicle and wants to have options the dealers do not have on the lot I strongly suggest to find a dealer who will work with you and order your new vehicle from the factory, made the way you want it. That is what I did with my Avalanche many years ago and people still ask my how I got it with or without certain features.

They did away with the 1500 mega. 2500, and 3500 are here to stay. The 2500, and 3500 both come with a manual, but as someone else mentioned a whole bunch were ordered with an auto because dealerships are retarded. Oh and the Resistol package was only available with an auto for some dumb reason.

Go false yourself.

I did a reverse of the Resistol colours on my truck, and I happen to like it. I would have gotten a Resistol, but no need for a dually. And I don't care for the near white leather interior.

I love my Megacab, but thet are "white elephants", other wise everybody would make a version of them. The club cab are much more popular and make a much better choice for any serious towing . Reason being the 8 ft bed.

I've only had my truck 6 weeks, and I sure wish I bought a mega! It's my work truck and the back seat is jammed full, as well there is more I'd like to put back there.

The lack of 8 foot does limit the type of truck camper and maybe limited by a gooseneck however the mega can tow any travel trailer and most 5th wheels.

My mega pulls my 31' 5th to all the places my family wants to go.
