OK so i decided i want the smarty i still have warranty and all so i will have all my factory stuff (except intake and cut muffler) so what would i be looking for as a tune??? also what issues have people run into with higher setting on factory??? should i just bite the bullet and do the exhaust??? im fond of the bully dog triple gt is there any issues with it?????(it has gauges already built it) im confused on what todo lol i could use some direction and help thanks yall!!!!!!!!

If you're going to use the smarty thats what really voids your warranty. If you're just using a delete pipe with sims they'd be hard pressed to prove it could mess something up. But using a tuner you've opened the can of worms that you're using high hp tunes doing damage to your drivetrain or motor.

Plus most of the smarty tunes will do damage to your dpf due to high egts...I have a warranty and I'm going to just do a 5" TBE exhaust and a smarty. 90% of the problems are emissions anyhow. The tranny is only warrented for like 36k.

yea im sure mine is a very recent built it was on the lot about 30min before i bought it they didnt even service it before i bought it lol

If i had a MARCH build date, i would find a buddy w/ a smarty to see if it would work. If it does then , great. If it wont load, then you will know for sure that you got bootloaded by the new ecm.
