Stated value. If you are serious about not loosing money on modifications and additional equipment that is put on the truck, then ask your insurance agent about getting a policy that is for the vehicle's stated value. They should be able to provide you with an appraiser, who they work with, and then you simply meet with the appraiser. They'll document your vehicle, take into consideration condition, rarity (if any), any aftermarket parts, restoration work/labor, paint work, modifications, ect. Just provide them with receipts for anything and everything to prove what additional money you have invested in the vehicle. They take all the above into consideration, snap photos of your ride, document it, and then tell you what they think your vehicle is worth. This way you are covered, if something happens to your vehicle. Insurance pays out what the stated value is, not what the average value would be. It costs a little more to have stated value, but not that much more.

Rock and Roll Offroad they have some billet door handles that are unbreakable. I wish I had them on my truck when it got stolen. They popped mine off and that's how they got in.18000 worth of damage could have been prevented with there handles. Jmo

That is what I thought as I read the first 30 posts, My 07 will NOT crank up without the key with the remotes on it. A flat key is only to open the door if you forget and lock the keys in the truck somehow. The security is supposed to be factory installed on these 6.7 trucks. Am I WRONG?
