Remove the keys! Just kidding. I have heard of someone hooking up an airhorn with a toggle switch to where if you didn't turn the toggle switch off before starting the truck, the horn would stay on the entire time the truck ran. That would surely draw some attention...

You ever get worried if your in an accident, you are unconscious, the doors are locked, and people are trying to get you out of your truck? Just trying to think of any negative aspects to the window film, what keeps people out might keep you in. Definitely is interesting though!

This works well and it's fast and easy to install.

you leave a german sheperd in your truck at all times? Someone should call animal control!

Llumar window tint is a bad idea, it can make first aid nearly impossible if you get into an accident or worse put your car in a river. Simple answer is don't leave expensive looking crap lying around in ur car. Face plates are removable for a reason. Then just get a solid immobilizer or kill switch to prevent them from actually taking the vehicle.

You don't need to give a company hundreds or dollars to make your vehicle a rolling fortress.. just use common sence.

Jimmy Jammers are awesome, they're simple effective n cheap.

No the dog is just for when the truck is at home. My truck usually is either at home or on base so it is pretty safe. Also the ride between has a redneck with a 45 so that is a pretty safe ride for the redneck.

i wouldnt put that on my windows for that reason, a simple starter kill switch, and an alarm should be enough. Theres only so much you can do, its a shame we have to secure everything so much, but thats why i dont like to advertise with big stickers all over my truck that SCREAM i have thousands invested, besides tinting the fron windows on mine, my truck looks all stock, has no Cummins logos on it, 75% on the people dont even know its a diesel unless theyh hear it running. So dont advertise as much, the nail that sticks out gets hammerd

Just cut the wire on the fuel pump supply and route a switch hidden where you want, if a goof is trying to steal your truck, he won't try to crank that noisy bugger too many times or he risks getting caught

90% of vehicles nowadays have Sentry key/immobilizer systems built into them. All of dodge's vehicles carry them after 06 and most of the rams before that down to 2002/3 have always come equipped with an immobilizer that there is no way around without that exact sentry key code being copied, which can only happen with 2 keys present, and time or dodges Starscan system but even then the SKIM module still needs to be reset. If you have a small letter at the base of the shaft of the key next to the head (Gray key) or if you have the black multi-function fob you have an immobilizer.

i park my truck next to my bedroom window... that way, if someone is breaking into my truck, i can hear them and take the appropriate action/actions to neutralize the threat.
