out of the two -Power Disconnet & Fuel Shut Off-

Prob go with the Fuel Shut up b/c at lease if someone brakes in the alarm would still work

And your ECM is relearning every time you reconnect. That used to be a good option until these days of Smart ECM's They must be kept powered up.

I have one of these on my truck, along with a Compustart Alarm, and the OEM sentry key system...

I love it, the installer has it disabling my fuel pump, and some key part of the computer/ignition. Without the "plug" it wont crank, fuel wont prime, and I get all kinds of weird dash lights.

Plus if the unlucky theif trys to bypass the system, only 4 of the 16 wires are "hot" the rest are grounded.. so if the try and figure it out.. and get the wrong wires they will only short out a fuse, and blow it.. disabling the truck even further... lol..

Thats why you leave a little wire hooked up like 18 gauge or something, that way you dont lose all your settings on your truck but if it trys to turn over with the switch off it wont have enough juice, it just sits and clicks a couple of seconds like a dead battery or something, i have this on my truck and am very happy with the results.

Just splice a toggle into the clutch disconect, or if it is an auto the park nutral switch. Turn it off and it wont do crap like the clutch is not pushed in.

The Best thing is to just keep them out of the truck in the first place. Hidden switches wont prevent them from for trashing the inside.

I watched a recording of 2 perps trying to get into a friends F250 for over 30 minutes. They tried the screwdriver (dodge ford and chevy screw driver and 10 secs and your in) and the Jammers prevented it and they tried for 3-5 min per door. Then one came back with a big @ss brick and went to work on the window. After they banged on it and banged on it they gave up and went on. It was in an office parking lot in Dallas on 35E and loop 12. Literally no one around and after 30 minutes or so they went on their way. Camera caught the whole thing.

Well the problem is no matter what there is always going to be some jack that will want to try and steal stuff. I can replace everything inside my truck for alot less than the whole truck. If they can get in it and steal stuff without taking the truck thats better for me. Not to mention someone is going to get shot in the if I hear them messing with my truck, and before they even find out if it has a kill switch.

I have the Llumar on all the window of first story of my house. They have film that will defeat some small arms but you cant use it in a vehicle. It has to lay flat and wont bend, so you can only use it on flat glass. I have my truck and family cars done too. My wife carries a .45 just in case the film fails LMAO!! You gotta love Texas sometimes.
