Question 6.7 in 2500/3500??

I'm looking to buy a 2007, 2500 or 3500 Ram with the new 6.7 Cummins in it. Anybody have any solid info on when these will be able to be bought outside of the currently released cab and chassis model. I looking for a Sport or Laramie. Thanks for any info!! Chomping at the bit for my new truck!!!!!!!!!!

No the building of them started this month, I don't know exactly when they will be on the dealerships' lots. When you get one do you think you could give us some insight on the uprated power and the 68rfe that it comes with?

They're already out. Hell, I saw 3 or 4 of them ('07 chassis cabs) at the dodge dealer on Oak Ridge, TN when I was visiting. That was Dec 29 and 30th last year. I stopped in and had them raise the hood one one so I could see what the 6.7 looks like.

Yea I've seen a chassis cab. We're just waiting for the 350hp 650 ftlbs of torque version that comes in the regular d1/d2 lineup(2500,3500). So lets post it here when we see one...or better yet, drive one

Not till March

We will not see the 6.7 in a 2500/3500 till March. They will be first be seen at the Washingtion DC Auto Show this week I believe.

"Unveiled last year, the 6.7-liter engine that goes on sale in March will meet new 2007 U.S. Environmental Protection Agency emissions standards and more stringent 2010 standards, the companies said. Cummins makes the engine in Columbus, Ind."

Cummins says its new diesel will be cleanest
