Silver 62 ?

So I've been thinking about a turbo upgrade because I am planning a few thousand km camping trip this summer in the mountains of British Colombia. Truck has 4 inch exhaust, BHAF, 8 plate afc mods, 75hp injectors and gets pretty hot when my foot gets heavy. I havent had the truck long enough to know how it tows. My fifth wheel is about ten thousand pounds. The local diesel shop has (NADP) has the silver 62 on sale for $1695 which he says is cheaper than a phat shaft 62 which I called to inquire about. From what I have read the phat shaft is a great towing turbo, but everything I read about the silver 62 seems to be related to common rail trucks. Truck is NV4500 with 410's and I already upgraded the clutch to what they say is rated for 475hp. So will the silver 62 work great or phat shaft 62 be better or will I be fine with the stocker? Also keep in mind that I am in Alberta and everything here is ridiculously overpriced so the $1695 on the silver 62 seems like a pretty good price up here.
