Hey guys, just picked up an 05 cummins 2500. Looking to get a 6-8" lift kit, looking for ideas, I want something that is going to ride really nice both on and off road but isn't going to set me back 5K, say around $2,500 bucks or less. Thanks for the input!!
Ok guys so i've been lookin at the Carli Backcountry 2.0 system and have a few questions. Is what you see in the picture on their website all you get? Also does anyone know if you can buy just the shocks since I see that you can get every other piece separate from the kit? Thanks!
Ok thanks! So am I missing something here, seems that if you buy all the componets for the back country system separate it's about $2400 but if you buy the complete package $5000?!
Well depending if those shocks are for the 3 or 6" system the prices right off the site for the individual componets are:
6" coil springs Are $470
5 leaf progressive add a pack $380
Sway bar links $215
Adjustable track bar $345
Bilstein shocks from the site u linked are $1050
Total is $2460 for all those major componets, am I wrong here?
You'll need some sort of control arm and the radius arms and associated hardware that goes with that kit are a major part of the kit as well as the price of it.
Here is the picture of the Back Country 2.0 system right off the Carli site that I have been looking at. Jsetrum thanks for the visual, i knew there had to be more to the kit than what is pictured.

I took a look at the site because it's been a while and from what I can tell that's a 3" system in the pic. The sixes are listed but no pictures. The bigger lift would add the radius arms and Brackets/crossmember, taller coils, and the additional lift to level out the rear.
