Shock suggestions???

So Im looking for some suggestions on a new shock set up. Ive got the Fabtech 4.5" lift with the dual shocks in the front. It is awesome in when you hit anything at speed, but it's "tank-like" when driving on the street. When I bought it, the dealer put Pro-comp es9000's on it, and I'm pretty sure that with four of these up front, is the reason it is so stiff. Any suggestions on what shock would be a good dual set up , without breaking the bank?

Doubt your going to find a shock that is nice at faster speeds but suck on the slow speed stuff thats off the shelf and cheap.. You could try some 5100's not sure about a dual setup though.

I would suggest Carli's new 5160's or back country shocks. but I'm not sure what the shock length is your currently using.

Switch to a single quality shock to help with the street ride. The stiff single rate Fabtech coils will only do so good regardless of shock setup though.

Put Bilstein 5100's on all 4 corners, smoothed out the ride for sure, especially turning. Look great too!

Good plan. Definitely forego the dual stup. May try Carlis 5160 version. For the ultimate in ride, get a set of customs, maybe some 7100s and the difference will be amazing.
