Track Bar bushing removal...?

Putting a Luke's Link kit on the front end. Have everything done except for getting the stock track bar bushing out. Not sure how to post pics, so I'll give a description of what I'm looking at. There is the inner sleeve the bolt goes through, the bushing, another metal sleeve around the bushing that is flared on one end, then the track bar. What is suppose to come out and what stays? How do I get it out? Tried to use a vise, no luck, even a bfh

Please help.

I have torched those phuckers! That's another reason that I have the adjustable track bar!
