Noticed the same thing on my 2014 2500...but mine was not hooked up to my trailer. I am clueless, couldn't climb underneath because too messy out at the time!
I can barely hear it when idling without the trailer but hooked up it is really obvious so the def idea would not make any difference when it is hooked up. I think it is something to do with th suspension and but no clue what it is. Hopefully someone will figure it out and know of a fix. thanks jon
yeah that could be, i am going on a trip so i will get back to ya if it gets worse or goes away or it is echoing under the trailer and making it appear worse. thanks for posts

Hello Everyone, I have a brand new 2014 2500 and I hear clicking in the engine as well. I only have about 1500 miles. Is this something I should be concerned about? Some say it's the injectors and some say it's the DEF pump. DEF pump would be clicking near the rear? Injectors is the ticking I'm hearing up front correct?
Back up to a wall and listen. It seems to get louder. My wall will reflect the sound, seeming make it louder. Trailer does the same.
