Engine Code P226c

I have a 2010 I just bought a couple weeks ago, I put on a H&S Mini Maxx and AFE Delete pipe today. When I took it out for a test drive (no power) I got a CEL P226C, does that mean the turbo is toasted? I have 30,000 miles on it now only...
