What happens if after the vehicle is tuned, the card goes bad? Are you unable to ever put the truck back to stock? Should you make backup copies of the card after installing the tune?

It doesn't store the stock tune on the card to be reloaded later?

I picked up a new sd card and installed the mild tune w/o ATT and finely got it working. The setting shows mild only, not mild w/o ATT. You can tell a difference in the boost gauge though.

Mild just says Mild, if it had ATT it would say mild w/att

In my opinion (which doesn't even matter) when you pay $1000 for something it should work flawlessly. I shouldn't have to reformat anything or spend time hunting for the answer and definitely shouldn't have to run out and buy new equipment (SD card) to make this damn thing work...

H&S should be making this right!

Agreed. But even more than that is the very expensive new truck we are trusting them to modify.
