Blew out my tranny!!!

So I recently did a few upgrades. I deleted the EGR, the DPF, put a 4" turbo back straight pipe, dual stack kit, Intake, and an EZ-Lynk tune. After talking to the guys on the phone I was told I could choose any of the flashes they had on file, like any guy would I saw the most HP and went for the +180, drove right up the road and blew my transmission... Fortunately, it's not an expensive repair, But it's more than it would be if nothing happened. After research, I saw that the 68rfe trans isn't very strong... Any suggestions how i could build it a bit better. I'd like to push about 600hp in this thing, and I don't wanna spend the 10k on a tranny/conversion.

Revmax 550 should stand up to a truck with stock fuel and air, unless you plan to drive like a teenager. If you are going for 600 hp, Get the revmax 700. You're going to need more than a tune to get to 600.

Trade the truck off and get a non 68rfe truck if you aren't willing to spend any money.

Thanks for that. Judging by ya'lls exceptionally kind words, I'm guessing that is a "no." In fact, a simple no would have been appropriate. I spend a lot of time reading these forums because of the depth of knowledge and because MAYBE there is something out there that will provide for a bit more longevity while the time runs out on my ticking time bomb. Thanks again.

Thanks,
Theron

It sounds like in this specific case, a driver mod would be most cost effective.

Or buy a new built transmission for $8000 that supports up to 600hp which is exactly what you asked for.
