Sxe 2nd gen swap turbo size

My truck has recently has been throwing repetitive codes for the turbo actuator. I have a feeling its toast and have been reading you can't just buy the actuator. If some one knows different let me know.

So now I'm looking into an sxe 2nd gen swap from HSM. Truck is stock fuel, deleted, 3500 aisin equipped lifted mega cab on 37s with 4.56s. Is my daily driver and tow 8-12k here and there.

I don't have any fuel mods in mind. Is the sxe364 a better fit or does a sxe366 or sxe369 do better with my gearing?

I'm in the same boat, I don't plan on adding any major fueling upgrades, I'm kinda leaning towards a 366.

I keep being told to stay with an s463 and not the smaller framed turbos. I know a few people on this forum run the sxe's and say they are great.

From what other members have posted I here that have ran them, the sxe's seem to be the cats meow. Maybe Ducati will chime in with some of his thoughts. He seems to be really knowledgeable with turbos

Hopefully James from rsd chimes in. I believe he's ran one and most likely who I'd order from. I'm wondering if the pros of the smaller sxe can out weigh the cons of it.

I thinks he's got the S369sxe on his new rig.
I have been on the fence on this myself. I'm thinking the S366 as I'm not planning on fuelling upgrades.

Looking to hear from him too @Rollin Smoke Diesel. It's either this or a 5 blade 467 for me.

In this thread he commented on it some

The SXE series charges work very well, I dont see any reason to go smaller than s369.

On a 6.7 truck I wouldn't go any smaller than the sxe 369 there's plenty of people running 465's on 4th gens with stock fuel but personally i would want 100hp inj for a 465 and about 150's for a 467 but I wouldn't hesitate to run a 369 on stock fuel and a good tune for that charger
