Regular cab work truck build. Big single. 48re swap

Info on the truck.
2011 single cab 4x4 2500
Bought it in September with 54k miles has 72k now. Runs good. It's been on anarchys tunes for about 7k miles quickest it's gone is 8.8 in the 1/8th and 19.9 mpg.
But of course I want more. A lot more. Goal is a mid 10 second daily driver. But atleast 10s. Also I have paddles so I would still take the truck to the dunes.
My Instagram is 666.7cummins if your into that.

Engine performance
Ppe dual fuelers
Stainless diesel 2nd gen turbo kit
Turbo is a Borg Warner s472sxe
Fass 220 with a G&R fuel sump
Pusher intake 3.5 tubing with heater grid delete
Turbosmart bov and wastegate
Fleece fuel distribution block
Arp 625 studs
Hamilton extreme heavy duty push rods and 103lbs race springs
Fleece water bypass
Mishimoto radiator.

Still need to get
Injector nozzles not sure on the size atleast 250hp.

Suspension. Front stock.
But I want to get some Carli adjustable arms and trac bar.
lower it more too
Rear
2 inch drop shackles
Need to lower it more
Ruff stuff specialties traction bar kit.

Drivetrain
48re from inglewood transmissions.
Tcs Billet input and output.
Goerend manual valve body and triple disc converter.
Ppe trans pan
B&m pro rachet shifter
Manual nv271 tcase from a 48re truck
Jb custom fab cable shifter
Ppe front and rear diff covers
Factory limited slip

Electronics.
Cts2 with 100psi boost sensor and egt
Turbosmart eboost2 controller
Msd tach shifter light
V2 efi live

Extras
Hoesli diesel early common rail marine valve cover conversion kit.
20x10 xd diesel wheels
Nitto 305/50/20 tires
Dual 6" polished stacks with rain caps
Brake performance front slotted brake rotors. Semi metallic brake pads

Later plans
Bucket race seats
Short bed it.
Roll cage it.
I have a place for each.
I can do 135-140 in it. But damn it takes forever to get there. I was behind a dmax but not for long.
I mostly use the truck on the weekends but sometimes I take it to work my job is almost 80 miles away from home so I want a good daily driver that on the turn of the knob (csp5) it can transform into a 10 second street truck. I carry around a tool box in the bed. And a 95 gallon diesel tank in the back.

I'll be doing the install of EVERYTHING my self and with the help of a buddy or two. Hopefully. I'm 25 years old but I been messing with these motors for years now.

I still have some stuff on order I still need to received. And other stuff I need to send out to get polished up. Trans gotta pick it up from the builders. But I work 5 days a week 10 plus hours. And my job is 80 miles away so I don't have time to do a whole Lot. Only on Saturdays hopefully in a week or two I'll start tearing it down.

Well here's my build thread. Feel free to ask questions. Or give me tips, advice.

Putting a manual valve body from goerend. With two switches to control the lock up and overdrive.

Yes very nice. But that marine cover won't bolt to your rocker box. Being that the boxes differ from 98.5-05 to 06+. Are you going to modify you injector harness to fit that cover?

I have a rocker box from an early common rail with a plug and play harness conversion. I just need to send this cover to go get polished up

I probably will. So I don't have to buy some again. if I decide to get crazier with it later on.

I'd suggest 200-250% over on the injectors. Everything else looks really cool. I'm interested to see how that sx-e spools. Everything I've seen it's a charger that'll outdo my 476, and I've really been liking my 76.

That's a pretty big injector. Lol. But I'll keep on reading around to see what I'll end up going with. A buddy of mine with 200hp injectors has gone 10 flat with a crew cab truck. But I was thinking 250-350hp sticks. But I'm not 100% sure yet. Yes this turbo is supposed to be all that. Can't wait to put it in while the truck is still stock fuel to see how it does.

It'll let you keep duration nice, and low to meet the goal, and give you a bunch of room to grow down the road if you feel so inclined.
