I can say from experience those water pumps are not the easiest to do when you try to leave the fan/bracket on the engine. I would've saved myself about 15 minutes if I would've just unbolted the fan in the 1st place.

How many horses / ft-lbs are you shooting for? Will you be trying to get any additional revs out of it?

Are you going to adapt it to run the stock 6.7L ECM or can you custom tune the 8.9L ECM?
