Yeah it's been completely deleted, no egr,no cooler, and I've check multiple times on the other 2 to make sure they are unplugged.

I'm not doubting you, it just sounds like a classic case of the throttle valve being left plugged in.

The crazy part is the truck runs perfect on the stock tune with deletes, just goes crazy once any other parameters are changed.

If you've tried the voltage thing, verified everything that should be unplugged is unplugged, and it runs fine on stock deleted tune, it sounds to me like it's a tuner issue. I'm not sure how the racemes work exactly, but if there's a way to wipe the tuner and then reload everything onto it I would try that.

Yeah I'm thinking it's a tuner issue also. Just updated it Monday to the newest version. I've sent RaceMe Canada some data logs for there engineers to check. Maybe they can find a solution.

how are you adding power, are you retuning it or using OTF ( on the fly) ?

Can you attach a vid?

Came home from work today and decided to take the throttle valve off and remove the butterfly from the inside. Had the batteries on charge the entire time. Once again tried flashing the truck with deletes and adding 30hp but just like every other time the truck surges at idle really bad. I think I'm coming to the end of my ownership of the RaceMe Ultra, I don't know what else to try 😔.
