Heated Steering Wheel not staying on

My heated steering wheel is not staying on whenever i hit the button. The light comes on for about 2 seconds and shuts off. I had the R36 recall that repaired the clockspring module wires done in the spring and I'm not sure if the heated wheel has worked since because i never needed it during the summer. I'm wondering if it was damaged by the Ram dealer while repairing the recall? Has anyone else seen this? I really don't want to take it to them for $100/hr+ to troubleshoot because i'm past my warranty.

Yes, I had the same issue. Turns out it was a faulty relay I believe, my dealer fixed it (warranty)

Finally took it to the dealer. They found a loose plug in behind the steering wheel. I'm guessing it came free when the did the recall of the loose wires. or at least that's what i told them. They fixed it for free which surprised me from a dealer with no warranty on the truck.
