Hey Dan, I am not certain of whether this is the correct place to get in touch with you but I'll give it a shot. I sent my FASS in today for the noise reduction via UPS (should arrive Wednesday). The pump is extremely loud to the point that I can hear it over the radio running down the road. I included the specified information in the box, but just in case I wanted to give you the info:
FASS 95 series
Serial number: 5864
Model number: 00100
The FASS came with my truck when I bought it a few months ago. It is still eligible for the noise reduction correct? I included the return shipping address, which is my girlfriend's address, on the same sheet of paper. Please let me know if there is anything else you will need and thanks so much.
