Cleaned them up and gave a couple of light coats of semi-gloss black rattle can paint. I will NEVER...EVER powdercoat rims again. Prior experience on a car...to big of a PITA when you get chips. Paint is cheap and easy to touch up, unlike powdercoating which chips from road debris. Oh and the yahoo's who chip them when they put wheel weights on them...after requesting stick-on only. Less hassle with paint, especially on a truck.
