On my 04 and my current 05 I can not say for sure that I'm getting any improvements. I think on the third gen trucks the pilot injection is burning the H before it can do any good. On a side note they say the pilot injection shuts off at higher rpms, my truck sure pulls hard from about 2700-3200rpms. Maybe H?
I have always put the H in before the air filter and this is the first I've heard of putting it in after the intercooler. I don't know why it would make any differance but lets find out for sure if possible.

I read a rumor that EFILive was working on a system for the Cummins. Sounds like that system has the ability to adjust the timing and pilot ignition on the duramax from some comments on people who were adjusting for it. Would be interesting to shut down/minimize the pilot injection and make up for it with hydrogen and delayed timing...
