There is a test called a phlip test that works to test how well reacted the biodiesel is. You put 3ml of biodiesel into 27ml of methanol. If anything falls out of suspension, you do not have fully reacted biodiesel and there is free glycerine in the fuel and that will contribute to wearing out your injector nozzles. If you are buying commercial biodiesel that cannot pass this simple test, they shouldn't even be in business because their fuel sucks.
