The fact that you're feeding the truck with the lift pump and upgraded Cp3 makes you more believable. Factory size nozzles?

If you're getting anywhere near that ballpark that you claim on mpg I wouldn't dare get rid of that truck if I were you.
yup, factory injector bodies/nozzles out of a newer truck... i would keep it, i love the truck but im ford loyal. ive had 7 fords, and i bought this dodge back in the fall for the motor cause ive always wanted a cummins, but i want my fords back! i found a guy with exactly what i want, 03 crew cab long bed F-350 lariat with every option with a melted 6 leaker, great price so im going to put a cummins in it like ive always wanted!

I get about the same Mileage with my 03... thats with the edge on 5x1 K&N Intake and 4" Turbo back.... I have stock size tires and I have the rears at 80 psi and the fronts at 65 PSI. and Amsoil in everything. Plus mine is a 2wd. On a trip from Vegas to California (LA Area) and back... (about 710 miles) My gas gauge was in between a half and a quarter.

Dont under estimate the 03-04's!!!!

Looks like a bad a$$ Truck!!! Good luck with the sale! Boo on you for selling a cummins for a powerstroke!!!

Tim

well it looks like i might have to keep the truck, the clutch is starting to slip so its going to need a dual disk, and unless i get an offer to compinsate for the $1300 im about to put into im not going to sell it for the same price... if someone wants to offer me $15,000 ill sell it, but not for a dime less for the time being

It happens and usually when you need it least! lol Still interested in the pictures though. With you being all the way in MI I need LOTS of pictures! lol and video too if you have them lol. Are the doors still tight? Any squeaking, etc? Rust, oil leaks, bushings coming out? Basically all the things that high mileage trucks normally have?

You guys ragging on fuel efficiency numbers are probably the types that keep the foot in it. It's all about grade of climb, wind resistance, and speed. I have gotten calculated 28.4 with my 6.7 but I was driving from Douglas, WY to Golden, CO. Ran about 1 tank to there and half back. I can definitely believe a LO Common Rail to get 29. BTW I average 55-60MPH with the tach less than 1500RPM with an auto and 3.73 Gears.
