Thinking of ordering a georend tranny

My transmission isnt doing to good after I installed the smarty, so I have been looking around on here and have read all good things about georends trannys. Just wondering if there are some things I need to know before ordering.

i just ordered an paid for mine this week. Ordered it from Dave at goerend an should have it by friday...... You need to decide on if you want input,output shafts billit flexplate an so on.....what are you going to do with the truck? how much HP do you want to run an do you want it setup for towing or race or a little of both?

Call Dave and tell him what you have for power like your smarty, tires, what you want it to do and he will tell you what you need in your transmission.
