Bought my 04.5 four months ago, after getting my truck and taking it on its first good road trip i also noticed that there was a dried up coolant stain on the intake breather box, so with out a second thought i just throught on a clamp on it, glad i did.

just happend to me over the weekend .. . scared the crap out of me cuz i could not find out were the fluid was coming from once i found the spot i thought it was stupid there was no clamp on there! so yes for sure take a look a put one on if you dont have one

hwy my name is tom i read this quote well im having an issue with my 08 its pushing antifreeze into the overflow and not running back in to fill the radiator think this is the issue with mine also ? i changed the radiator cap hoping that was the issue?any advice?thanks

I have a black zip tie on mine, so either previous owner or dealership did it.

My 2006 was dripping there too. It is a very easy fix but I can not beleive that Dodge never put a hose clamp there.
