RPM Issue?

So when i am in park or neutral or even driving my rpm seems to stick for a long time after i have let off of the throttle what causes this?
its bad when i am in park and hit the throttle a little to blow some smoke and then it stays there

please help me

my mods are in the sig

on my 05 the dealer told me it was the stix and as far as i know that is what they changed

i just put in new injector tips from from industrial injection and if your doin injectors put bigger ones in big difference in power and i got a 2 mpg increase

if your meaning you floor it to like 3500 rpms and stays there its called runaway and the crazy larry is doing it. to much railpressure when you throttle and it has to go some where and that some where is thru the injectors

what injectors are best?

and why just tips? u can change just the tips?

cause i had six new ones just put in under warranty and as far as i know when you buy a performance injector its still a stock body unit with just the nozzle (tip) changed but i could be wrong maybe someone who knows more than me will chime in
