Tranny problem

When my truck (ram 3500 ctd w/48re) shifts into last gear @ about 53-55 mph it shifts rough and the jake brake chirps 2 times, it almost sounds like the horn, but its not. The chirps are not even for half a second. I took it to the dealer that installed the jake brake and they said that some gasket was blown on the jake brake and said they replaced it, but it is still doing to same thing. any suggestions?

is the tranny all stock or is it upgraded in any way? i have an 07 with a 48re and i have a ats vb and tc and when my truck shifts the last gear and the torque converter locks its real agressive and it makes my waste gate blow once or twice but i was told this is normal with an aftermarket vb and tc. maybe when your tc locks its doing the same thing but it might sound differant with the jakes... does it do it with the jakes turned off??

the tranny is a 48re and is completely stock. It makes the noise wether the jake brake is on or off.

i dont think the stock tc locks up hard enough to make the wastegate blow so its probably not that. not to sure on this one...
