I have had trouble with mine. I've even had mine die on me and throw a rail pressure code. I once had the gauge just stop reading and it was the connector in the back of the gauge getting loose.

Turn's out that the connectors under the hood were not seating very tight. I used zip ties to secure them together and have not had any more problems.

I can get some odd fluctuations once in awhile but 3 to 30 is NOT good. You should NEVER be running as low as 3ksi and the pressure sensor only reads up to 26.5-27ksi...

ive had problems with my rail pressure gauge and fuel pressure gauge. i ended up replacing the rail pressure gauge once already and it is better but still get a funky reading ever now and then. fuel pressure gauge also acts erratic somtimes but havent done anything about it yet. btw my truck is stock. for the price of these gauges you would think the quality would be better. boost and egt have been trouble free
