Tested injectors replaced one and still shake at...

I have an 06 dodge 3500 with the 5.9 cummins and its a 6-speed. I had a shake at idle ever since I bought the truck 7 months ago. It only shakes at idle when u rev it up it goes away when ur driving its not there either. It doesnt miss or anything like that just a constant hard shake. I saved up money for injectors because I was told by various people and forums that that was causing my problems. I took them out Saturday had em tested Monday was told #2 injector had high idle and high returns. So I bought a Bosch injector and the other ones tested fine. So I put them in last night started the truck up. Ran perfect for about 3 minutes then started to shake a little. Nothing like it was. So I was happy figured I fixed the problem and what little shake was there was just a cummins thing. This morning I started it and the terrible shake was back. I don't get it. Does anyone know what's wrong with my truck. No one can seem to help me????
Tested injectors replaced one and still shake at idle!!!

Does it have the G56? They have a dual mass flywheel and when they start to go bad, they will add a horrible shake around idle....May be something to look into

Tested injectors replaced one and still shake at...

The OP stated; " So I put them in last night started the truck up. Ran perfect for about 3 minutes then started to shake a little. Nothing like it was."

If it was related to the clutch/flywheel, would it not have started shaking right away? The fact that the truck exhibited a different behavior after the one injector was replaced would indicate to me that it may still be related to the motor/fuel system.

If it was me, I think that I would perform some additional diagnostics before investing a bucket of money in something that may not correct the problem. (No disrespect intended to other posters suggesting that the shaking may be caused by other issues.)

The reason this thread caught my eye is that I had a similar rough idle/shaking problem with my '03 recently (in sig below, bone stock). I ran a bottle of Diesel Kleen through the fuel system and the rough idle was completely eliminated. I figured that I must have had some gunk building up in the fuel system that the DK knocked out. I've since installed a new fuel filter for extra good measure.

I'm not saying that the OP's truck has this issue, but this was a cheap and simple thing for me to try first... I WAS freaking out that I may have injectors going south, but it's running smooth as silk now (well, I guess smooth is a relative term in the land of CTD, huh?)
The weird thing is mine doesn't make any noise. Does change shake. Doesn't shake out of control or anything just a constant kind of slow shake. Not a vibration. When u push the clutch in doesn't change the noise or shake. Do you still think its the flywheel?
Do you all still think its the flywheel? I have a baby on the way and that's why I'm trying to spend as little as possible just wanna make sure instead of guessing and throwing parts at it
