fan clutch relay??

where is the fan clutch relay at? i have the codes:
P0480-cooling fan 1 control circuit open (low speed fan)
p0483-fan speed
had a guy put a new fan clutch in and it still wont engage. kinda stuck in a tight spot. and ideas?

'04 Cummins H.O. Bully dog. DPP cool hose and cold air mod. Aero exhaust. AutoMeter boost, pyro, and tranny guages. 2.5" Rough Country level. Cooper ATR 315's. Hid lighting.

if clutch was replaced, and still no worky, check for power at connector, likely the tipm is shot, but a simple relay can power up your fan circuit.

here is a thread with the wiring diagram, (you might have to sign up to the forum to see the picture/attachments, its a free site)
