injector rebuild cost

anyone know a general ballpark cost for having injectors checked and rebuilt?
after drop'n so many I'm just going to do all 6 at the same time and weighing the costs of where to go, 6 new stockers, 50hp tips or checking mine for good bodies and have a injector shop just replace the solenoids.
I have recently been told I can have just the solenoids replaced. but after doing some reading tonight the injector must be calibrated after this has been done...

and to add a second question, what is the max hp or % tip would one run with stock fueling? later I do plan on running some mods like EFI and all the aux lift pump and such to someday hit a 600hp goal but that is a time away so I would be running these injectors for awhile with a stock tune.

are u an auto or manual... 600 can easily be achieved without crazy modifications.... id say 50s and a arson 3 kit if u were absolutely set on 600, that should be plenty of fuel for 600 especially since u plan on using efi..... now it all depends on if ur auto or manual

its a auto, I'm not to worried about the 600hp being reached on 50's or 60's more worried how its going to run without tuning and such in the interim.

it should be fine, I've heard of people running nozzles without any tuning at all, hopefully some others can join in on the conversation with some more info on that subject... i hope ur planning on building the trans if its not already done... i think u could also do 50-60's without the arson kit also but again hopefully someone else will shed some light on the subject.

Thanks for the info, but yes thats first on the list. only reason why i haven't done any major power mods is cause i haven't done the tranny, them things aren't cheep!

on the other truck we have on the ranch its running 50's built from a local shop here, but its running a plug and play tuner and some other bolt on mods. I'd like to go a little more in depth and build a set up catered to the tuner and power I'm looking for and most importantly daily drivability is my main goal

Just put in Scheid 50's, and theu run well with the edge unhooked, and better with it. I decided to go with entire drop in new injectors vs. the rebuild route just because of all the warnings people put up on here. Either way probably will be fine, although being out with the old and in with the new in 1 day was great compared to sending the things out for who knows how long...
