2005 5.9 cummins dying. I need some help.

Hey guys, I'm a newbie when it comes to this forum and diesels in general. I recently got a 2005 3500 5.9 Cummins. I had it less than three weeks when it just died. It seemed like an electrical problem so I took it to a trusted mechanic and there was water in some of the wiring. Dried that out, got it back, three weeks later, leaving for a road trip and it dies again. If I'm going highway speed it starts back up but on its own, almost like it just sputters, but when I'm coming to a stop or leaving a stop it completely dies. I took it back to the mechanic, they said the ground wire was loose and they tightened it. Less than ten miles later it was dying again. This time I took it to a dealer and they couldn't get it to die at all. A week later was today and it died about ten times on the way to the dealer. It also started dying while sitting still in idle. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated. No one has been able to figure out whats going on with it. It is at the dealer right now. It's pretty frustrating.
