P0480 Cooling Fan 1 Control Circuit/Open (Low Speed Fan Relay)?

What trigers this CEL and what do I need to chjeck to correct this? I keep getting the PO243 code and the PO480 code. Think I have the PO243 code narrowed down but not the fan code. Also how does the waste solenoid come out of the turbo housing?

Security Question
While balancing on a piece of wood, two inches by four inches known as a 2x4, john and his friend sally both spotted a dalmatian inside a truck with sirens, headed to put out a fire. State what the 2x4 is made of.
