Cummins smart tourqe

So I just bought a 07 mega cab 5.9 with the 6speed man. On the tailgate it has the cummins C with smart torque in red all together in one emblem woundering what it means or didi the pervious guy put it on there? Also im look for some quick and easy power upgades. Ill be towing a trailer at least once a week so need to get some good fuel mileage also. Thanks

im gonna say that the last owner put that on, all cummins emblems i have see have been on the fenders or doors. sounds like a slogan. CUMMINS smart tourque,
as compared to stupid torque...????
