Front Axle seals AAM 9.25 ?

I changed the axle grease in my 05 2500 last weekend and found what looked like a piece of seal spring on the magnet so I think I may need to replace the seals.Any pointers, special tools or anything like that I need? How is the side play set up? I have done GM 12 bolt and a Dana 44 before but never had one of these apart.Any advice is appreciated,Todd

backlash is set with adjusters, actually is very simple to do

as far as removing them, a long piece of exhaust pipe works on the passenger side, and the driver side a long striking pry bar will do

installing them, i use the miller tool made for the seal that sets the depth and all...but any regular seal installer should work
