LynchMob,

Take your truck to the dealer and have them reflash the ECM. Tell them the symptoms that relate to your hard start issue. I had the same problem for a while until I got the reflash from the dealer and now the hard starts are gone. So far no hard start problem for about 5 to 6 months.

I have a 03 5.9 stock engine. In Febuary they warr. all new injectors and a few days ago I was hauling my camper home and the truck started running like crap. I thought it may be the turbo due to heavy black out the pipe. Now the dealer ship has replaced the #3 injector and tell me it has a knock. They don't know if it's a bearing or what and I am clueless. Any body had that issue before??
