Anti-freeze 100% or 50/50 Mix?

I am installing my Fuel Pressure gauge and am wondering if i use 100% or a 50/50 mix in the isolater? Or does it matter?

Do i need to fill the tube also or just isolater cavity?

THANKS

I used 100% on mine. I filled the Isolator and the tubing with antifreeze.
I used a syringe on the gauge end to draw the antifreeze up the tubing, then connected to the gauge.
It's worked good for about 2 years.

I used 100% too. No problems yet after about a year.
