Im sorry but that was funny.

Hey Shane, what exactly is the problem? Does it say its trying to load a GM or Ford program? Thats a common problem with the 5.9, Im sure you know what Im talking about. Like in the corner it says something like Ford Powerstroke or GM Duramax instead of Dodge Cummins...?

I dont have any experience with Bully Dog, just wondering what exactly the issue was.

So whats the problem? Is it trying to load another tune
(GM, Ford) on the Dodge or is it a whole other deal?

The only problem I have had is when starting with a newly formatted SD Card and then trying to transfer the files to the SD Card. The PMT tells me the SD Card is missing. Yes it was formatted using FAT and not FAT 32. I have not figured out how to get this SD Card working again.

Do you have a camera that will format the card?
Yes, sounds funny, but has worked for me in the past.
Oh, this 'trick' is not PMT related, I forget why I had to perform this befoer, I think it was specific to the card was the reason...

I do know Hadley sent me a new SD Card and I installed it and everything worked as advertised first time. Bully Dog provides Excellent Service in my view. The new version is a huge improvement over the older stock version.
