Smarty 4000rpm limiter question
Has anyone else had trouble with the 4000rpm limiter with there Smarty? When my truck hits 3200, it studders there like it's bouncing off the stock limiter for about 2-3 seconds, then it starts climbing up to 4000. Anyone else's do that? I sent Bob Wagner a pm, but he's probably a pretty busy guy so I thought I'd ask if anyone else had the same problem.

The "few extras" in your sig doesent list your fueling mods. Are you maintaining rail pressure through the stutter? And with the "R", you raised the stock rev limiter so that is not what you are hitting. Any different on a slower rev increase versus matting the throttle? Randy

I'm maintaining rail pressure. Before installing the "R" program, it would run just fine up to 3400. Before the Smarty, I had a PPE. That would run right up to 3700 with no problems. I've only had the problem since installing the "R" program. It bounces just like the stock rev limiter.
