Same here.

The smarty is great. I bumped up to the smarty from my juice and I love it. More power, better mpg and lower MPG. If used appropriately it is a great tuner for nearly any Cummins owner.

post 4k huh....I need a hobby...and it needs to be cheaper.

So buying a used smarty voids any and all warranty coverage?

I'd ask Bob about that one.

I think there's some warranty stuff that if it's not been purchased through an authorized dealer, it has to be sent to Italy for warranty issues.

If it is purchased on ebay, under the set price, or used , there is no warranty at all, nothing, not even through Marco.
