Lets see if these attachements work......

YOU didn't cut the triangle like the relentless article. Were the holes to compesate for that? or could you cut the triangle and drill the holes?

I wanted to get better fuel dispersion and less turbulence within that little cylinder. So I drilled the wholes all the way around the circumference to allow fuel to enter from all sides. It accomplishes the same thing, but with much more precision.

Shibbyutman do you remember what size bit you used. Im assuming you have to polish inside and out on the cylinder. What kind of change did you notice with your set up.

It was a number 66 drill bit. It has to be carbide as well as they harden that little cylinder after machining it. I polished it on the lathe at about 5000 RPM with some 1000 emry cloth. that was after I took the pictures. The change is a little hard to notice because the truck has to relearn some of the parameters surrounding the FCA once it is completed. I would say that took probably 150-200 miles and a few key cycles. Anyway, when I have the Six gun and the smarty turned up that is when most of the difference can be felt because it is no longer starving for fuel.

yea if you don't know when this is done the truck will go through a learning cycle make all types of noise on some trucks until the comp. figures out the new pressure.
