HELP, how to remove freeze plug for oil return

Trying to install twins. The second oil return uses a plugged hole and it looks like its plugged with a freeze plug.

I need to get this thing out

Take a hammer and small punch, tap the plug on one side, it should rotate up in the hole, then grab it and pull it out.

Never mind.. It comes out super easy.. put a screw in it and used a pry bar
