aight guys thanks for all the replies. where i live im having trouble finding someone to work on the trans, if anyone knows a good shop close to billings MT let me know. sounds like a flexplate is a good idea. as far as the shafts i was told that the middle is weaking than the output.

I know lots of 500hp+ trucks doing boosted launches, 10-15psi with no issues with stock input. TQ management is key too. Im not saying its not going to break, just saying some have luck and some sacrafice a few tenths, but their doing it. 4wd is the true input killer.

i would just buy a new trans but i dont have the money now, so i was just going to try and save the stock.

The intermediate shaft it the strongest of the three actually. Word to the wise, do the output instead.
