i was playing with the extras on my attitude monitor today and i tried to retrieve the trouble codes just to see if i had any and it said there was a P0513 Invalid Skim Key. There is no light on on the dash and i can clear it i was just wondering if anyone knows what it means.

thats kind of what i thought it was. a couple weeks ago i tried to lock the truck with the key fob and it wouldnt lock. thought maybe i was too far away so i got closer and it still wouldnt work. pushed the button a bunch of times and it finally worked. same thing happened the other day at work. battery going dead in the key fob maybe?
