Not impressed

Just installed air dog 150, industrial injection 85% cp3, industrial injection 100hp injectors, arp head studs and a 63/71/14 screaming eagle turbo. I was expecting more. I run my smarty on level 7 with rail pressure and torque management at 3 and the aftermarket injectors tune. 35 psi comes quick but it doesn't pull like I expected. It's only been 200 miles by I was expecting to s*** my pants and it kinda feels like it did with all stock parts and smarty on 9. Anyone know why it doesn't seem to be any different?

2005 Ram 2500 4x4 qcsb. Arp headstuds, industrial 100hp injectors/cp3. aFe intake and intake manifold, 5" tbe, billet flexplate/input shaft, triple disc tq converter, 6"lift 37"tires.

most likely leaving alot on the table until you have custom tunes, they made all the diffreance in the world on my truck over canned tunes on my truck both before i had injectors and a turbo and now more than ever with injectors and a bigger turbo

99 so vp 44 , fuel lab velocity 200 , edge drag , 150hp sac injectors, comp 1 firepunk trans low stall dpc convertor

No I have not j believe its set at 45 psi. We are going to adjust that after we re torque the studs it only has 200 miles on it so far

Try TNT-R tuning, it's designed for lots of mods.

I'd try level 9 if I was you also.
It felt like about a 50 or so HP difference on my truck from level 7.

Are you maxed on boost at 35psi or does it go higher? Maybe your babying the studs?
You should easily be able to hit 50psi or wherever the gate is set to if it's lower.

You loose a little bit of spool when going to a bigger turbo so before where you used to light your tires right when you step on the throttle in 2nd will be different.
You have to get on it sooner and it will come on later but way stronger. Or at least it should.

04.5,QCSB, Goerend full billet, 4:10's, MPI 63/475,Bosch Exergy 40%'s,Dual CP3's, gauges, Airdog 2 165, S-06 TNT R and Gordon's UDC,edge JWA CTS, Top Gun Customz 3 1/2", Carli BJ's, BIG steering box, 5100's, Helo 791's with 35's.
When all's said and done there's usually a whole lot more said than there is done.

Search UDC for tuning. I use Coffman customs who's base tune was way better than TNT-R for me.
Don't quote me but you need to update your smarty or have the newest version for free first.

Then you buy a dongle to download and use the program for about $200.00
Then if your tuner is not close to you or you don't want to physically mail the dongle you buy another one that goes to the tuner. They can then email tunes because both dongles are locked to your truck.

I honestly can't remember the Coffman tuning price (maybe $400.00) but you get a base tune then they work on it based on your feedback. They tweak the tunes and you load and test. They will give you an agreed amount of time and future modifications to your truck where it's covered for the initial price.

I'm sure it's on their website. or ad in the sponsors section.
