bullydog outlook monitor ?

anyone got the monitor on their truck?mine is having some issues. I just got it back from bullydog for not changing the power levels when selected. And now that I got it back it freezes up on the screen that shows the dog and what version it is. But only freezes up about every other time. And now when I select it to show trans temp( before I sent it off it was reading the temp coming from the cooler and my gauge on my pillar shows the hot temp going into the cooler. Well now the temp is reading more than my gauges temp.) I can't figure out what kind of crappy work they have done but it sucks

I have one and its never worked right so I took it out. Max boost it would read was 22 and my mechanical gauge pegs 30.

well mine will show the boost right but just freezes up and don't work and change the power half the time. Bullydog makes good power but just not reliable.
