My mileage is hand calculated by the way. I don't have an overhead.

I still think that I have something wrong with the truck. Its going in the shop to see whats up next week. Its being very inconsistent and losing mileage. The first tank I did driving it home I got like 16.5. Its been down hill from there. The only good thing is I get 14 towing or empty and being that I am loaded more than empty thats a good thing.

I know it's not an edge but my quad mileage max resulted in only a mpg increase. Suggestion: increase the timing manually instead of paying for a box that does the same thing.

I think he meant spoiler. The black plastic Dodge part that mounts on the tailgate as a mini spoiler that apparently now comes stock on 1500's for better EPA mileage ratings

Seemed to help me about 1 mpg on first tank used it, will double check mpg next fill up.

I noticed the biggest mpg improvement by increasing air flow to the intake. I don't want to rub it in but I'm getting 20 to 22 mpg hand calculated. I don't have a programmer yet...

Is that for the intake pre turbo, or from the intercooler to the top of the intake manifold?

you guys want a real milage gain, switch to all amsoil fluids, me and everyone of my customers have gotten no less than 3mpg when going fron stock fluids to everything amsoil. that includes everything in the power train, and the correct tuneing of course will net even higher gains.

before i built my truck for racing i had a best mpg of 26.9 on the highway, but that was at about 30k, now she gets around 20-22 hwy in race trim.

Amsoil is in my future. Got a lot to do first before I can do it though.

Well ive got the mods below with Smarty running on 3 usually and im getting a single disk converter and valvebody along with a bladerunner and swapping out my 4" for a 5". To top it off im going to start running Amsoil syn 15 40 and Amsoil syn tranny fluid. As my truck sits now im getting hi 15's on a good day. Hopefully this changing some parts will help. Was thinking about getting a MM, weather it be a EDGE or Quadzilla but now i think i will just see what kinda results i get out of my new, yet pricey parts.

I am courious as to how many miles people are getting out of there MM's
