Upgrade help

I will be upgrading a few parts within the next month or so and am in need of some help. I have done some research but am not too sure if I am missing anything. Already have a built trans, smarty and gauges. Hoping to be around 550-600 hp but need some help from you guys on choosing the best setup for my buck. I don't tow and it is my daily driver.

-Turbo- I'm leaning towards an HTT 64. Not for sure though.
-Injectors- 90 HP? Not sure on the brand either
-Manifold
-Airdog
-And will probably make the switch to EFI Live.

I'm open to any suggestions from you guys on brands/anything else that would be needed. Thanks in advance.

1. airdog
2. turbo, call chris at e.d. prob like a 63/68/14 or 64/71/14
3. injectors, exergy 90s would be good
4. efi live
5. maybe cp3/arson kit
should be no prob getting to 600+

similar direction as i wanna take minus the efi, you lucky duck. i cant wait for efi.

90s are overkill for that hp range a 63/68/14 with 60s has already done 632 and only 1400 EGT max. A little more work and 60s will do 650 no worries.

Thanks for the replies guys. Rye, how do you like the 63 you have? you notice a big difference between the 63 and the stock turbo? 63 is also a choice for me but I figured why not go 64 just a little worried about lag or something

the right 63 will flow 78lbs min vrs 81 for say a special, but the 63 can run a heck of a lot better with a heck of a lot less set up. It will also run properly tuned pretty dang close up top and overall hp. I don't need injectors to spool my 63 super quick, can't say that with a 64 like say a special or a 63/71/13.

I'll be looking into the 63/68 for sure now, so no injectors are needed to spool it up quicker? what other parts would you recommend installing along with the turbo? I wanna get everything installed at the same time

I would hold off on injectors and see what you can do with efi live. A lot of guys are running bigger turbos on stock injectors and making some clean power.

Took your advice Rye and got the 63 from ED, haven't gotten a chance to install it and I've had it for over a month. HTT manifold I ordered is on back order and they have no idea when it'll be shipped. Any other manifolds you guys suggest? I'm thinking of getting the stainless diesel manifold so I can install them already. It kills me every time I see it still in the box.
